Blac Chyna Sues Media Outlet For Defamation After It Published ‘False’ Allegations From Rob Kardashian During Custody Battle
Blac Chyna is suing a media outlet for obtaining and posting court documents filed by Rob Kardashian that she said included false information about her. Blac Chyna is reportedly furious that the documents, which were sealed by California law, were available for the world to see.
According to the Blast, Blac Chyna has sued TMZ and American Media for defamation, conversion, public disclosure of private facts, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Blac Chyna says that the media outlet posting the alleged and confidential details in the document violates her rights. The documents are wrapped into her custody battle with Rob Kardashian over their daughter Dream.
Chyna says that she and Rob Kardashian reached an “amicably resolved” child custody agreement back in 2017. She felt as though it was going so well she even let go of her lawyer at the time under the impression everything between her and her child’s father was fine.
Rob Kardashian filed documents last year, claiming Blac Chyna has been neglecting their daughter Dream. He allegedly added that she was endangering the child’s health and safety, all of which Blac Chyna says is false and defamatory against her.
